We're sorry to hear this and positive customer experience is always our goal. Please send us an email info@clothedbysabella.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address. 

We will happily provide a full refund (excluding return shipping fees) provided that the products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached. 

We will happily cover the return postage cost for any exchange. All postage returns for refunds are payable by the consumer. 

Original condition means that when we receive the items at our shipping facility they are in the same condition as when we sent them to you. This means that they must have the original tags attached, have the original packaging, be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered in any way.

TLDR: if we can put the product in a fresh postage bag and send it to its new lucky owner, its in original condition.

Email us at info@clothedbysabella.com.au letting us know what you are wanting to return and why you are returning it. Please also include the orignial payment confirmation you received when you purchased the product.

We endeavor to process refunds asap, but please allow up to 5 business days from when we have received the product. Please note that some credit card refunds may take up to 10 days for your bank to complete.
